How big of a protected area does a Franchise receive?
Answer: You will get an area equal to 100,000 people. Your franchise may be a little larger than that but never smaller. The amount of income that can be generated off of that size area is unbelievable.
How often does a Green Acres Organics Franchise treat a lawn?
We treat once a month. We recommend that our customers sign a yearly contract. As a matter of fact, I recommend that Franchisees offer a 10% discount for a long term contract.
If I want to add to my protected territory, do I have to buy another complete Franchise?
Answer: No! If you are interested in only securing another area, you will only have to pay the franchise cost minus the equipment and materials cost.
What if my business grows so much that I need additional equipment such as another truck?
Answer: First of all, at some point you will need another truck. You can service about 250 to 300 yard a month with one truck. After that you will need additional equipment. Now to your question: We will rig out another truck exactly like the one that comes with the franchise for what ever our cost is plus 10%. That means if we get any kind of discount, we pass that on to you. Your success is very important to us. You will either have to pick the truck up or pay for shipping.
What is the size of an average yard?
Answer: We use the figure 100’x100’ (feet). That comes to 10,000 square feet. Now you also have to subtract the area that the house sits on. But to simplify, Lets say we have a lot that is 100’x100’ with no house on the lot. That lot would cost the customer $76.00. Your cost to spray that yard would be $19.00 in product cost. Your profit would be about $57.00. This is based off of our recommended charge. But we do not set fees and you can charge what you feel the market will stand. Our recommended charge is .0076 cents per square foot.
How many yards could I spray in a day?
Answer: If the yards are only average, and it takes about thirty minutes to spray and average yard, my experience is that you can spray about ten yards per day. That is if you only work eight hours a day and take an hour for lunch.
How many months in a year do you spray?
Answer: Some of that depends on where you are located. In warm climates likes Florida, it is a year round operation. In general, we operate from March through December. There is actually some research that shows that organic products should be applied as early as February.
How much money can I make with a Green Acres Organics Franchise?
Answer: Well let me start by saying that the numbers I am going to give you are not projections and are not guaranteed by Green Acres Organics, but lets use some numbers that I have already given you. If you spray ten average yards a day five days a week, that is $76.00 X 10 per day X 5 days. That equals $760.00 per day time 5 days. That comes to $3800.00 per week. Now if there are four weeks in a month, potentially you could make $ 15,200.00 per month. And if you only operate ten months out of the year, that would come to $152,000.00 per year. But let’s be realistic, you will have to build your customer base to reach these numbers. But let me also say that these numbers could be much higher. Don’t forget that these figures are based on using one truck and a set number of customers.
What is your product made of?
Answer: Our formula is a trade secret and its constituents are of a proprietary nature. But I can tell you that our product is made of only the finest organic components. There are no synthetics or chemicals in our product. Our lawn treatment product is completely safe for the environment and your health.
What makes Green Acres Organics' product so good?
Answer: Our product does contain nitrogen, potassium, and phosphorus which every green thing needs, but our product is so much more. Our product contains over 60 micro nutrients, amino acids, proteins, and root growth stimulators; it is a compost enhancer, a soil enhancer, and a natural de-thatching agent. Most people do not think of plants as being living cell dividing organisms but that is exactly what they are. Our product focuses on the health of the plants and the soil they grow in.
Is the Green Acres Organics’ product safe for other plants?
Answer: Absolutely, as a matter of fact, that is one of the major benefits of our product. We treat everything including shrubs, potted plants, small trees, vegetables, and basically everything that our customers want to be organically healthy and green. Our product won’t burn plants or other greenery.
